700 gr semi-sweet chocolate
85 gr butter
5 creme de menthe
240 ml cream mint
130 gr chocolate
60 gr creme de menthe
1/2 whipped cream the chocolate mixture
6 circle
6 equal
1/2 star tip
6 swirls on mousse
Instructions
chocolate wedge slightly into mousse to stand upright. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
