Chocolate Almond Flourless Torte

Ingredients

300 gr good imported bittersweet chocolate broken
1 stick
100 gr granulated sugar more for sprinkling
5 eggs
40 gr almonds
30 ml kosher for passover cognac
9 springform
1 melt the chocolate in a double boiler over
50 gr sugar until the mixture is
50 gr sugar
1/4 this chocolate mixture the egg whites

Instructions

Loosen the edges with a knife and carefully turn the cake out onto a plate. Rem ove the parchment paper. Sprinkle with the sugar. Serve at room temperature or chilled with whipped cream and raspberries on the side.
