Chocolate Bread Pudding 2

Ingredients

8 slices chelsea bun
475 ml milk
9 gr butter
9 gr brown sugar
130 gr bittersweet chocolate
4 sq
60 gr coffee
170 gr currants
4 eggs
8 slices baking dish
350 ml milk

Instructions

currants; bring back to a boil. Pour over bread slices. Beat eggs with remaining milk and pour over milk. Refrigerate and let soak at least 6 hours. Bake in 180ÂșC oven, covered, 45 minutes. Serve warm with sliced berries or strawberry jam.
