Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie/crisco

Ingredients

9 filling
4 eggs
200 gr granulated sugar
325 gr corn syrup
36 gr golden crisco shortening
4 gr vanilla
1 gr salt
2 pecan
1/2 cupsemi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 bourbon

Instructions

set. Cover edge with foil, if necessary, to prevent overbrowning. Cool to room temperature before serving. Refrigerate leftover pie. ----
