Chocolate Chip Sponge Cake

Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 cake meal
300 gr sugar
1/4 potato starch
230 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

until lemony, adding remaining sugar gradually. Sift together cake meal and potato starch. Fold into egg whites, alternating with egg yolk mixture. Fold in grated chocolate chips. Bake at 180ÂșC or about 50-55 minutes in a tube pan or a bundt pan. Invert and cool before removing from pan. ----
