Chocolate Crunch Brownies

Ingredients

230 gr butter
400 gr sugar
4 eggs
32 gr baking cocoa
130 gr flour
9 gr vanilla extract
1 gr salt
7 marshmallow creme
240 ml creamy peanut butter
350 gr crisp rice cereal

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread into a greased 33 cm x 23 cm x 5 cm baking pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 25 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool. Spread marshmallow creme over cooled brownies. In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in the cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting. Store in the refrigerator.
