Chocolate Malt Cake

Ingredients

100 gr butter
325 gr cake flour
9 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
3 eggs
270 gr sugar
240 ml flat dark beer
95 gr melted unsweetened chocolate
1 frosting
450 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
18 gr butter
75 ml dark beer
75 ml milk
9 cake pans with
28 gr butter
32 gr flour
280 gr flour with baking powder
26 gr sugar until stiff peaks begin to form
180 ml butter until ligh beat in egg yolks one at a time
1/2 batter cake

Instructions

out clean and let cake cool. Frosting: Soften chocolate chips and butter in double boiler. Remove from heat. Beat chocolate and butter until smooth. Beat in beer and milk, one tablespoon at a time, until mixture is soft and shiny. Frost cake layers. Any beer will work especially ones with a lot of flavor, i.e.: porter, stout, ale or lager.
