Chocolate Malt Shoppe Pie

Ingredients

400 gr chocolate cookie crumbs
55 gr butter
475 ml vanilla ice cream softened
120 ml malted milk ball candy
30 ml milk divided
50 gr chocolate malt powder
45 ml marshmallow cream topping
240 ml whipping cream
1 whipping cream additional malted milk ball candy additional

Instructions

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into a 23 cm pie pan. Freeze while preparing filling. In a mixing bowl, blend ice cream, crushed malted milk balls and 1 T milk. Spoon into crust. Freeze for 1 hour. Meanwhile, blend malted powder, marshmallow cream and the remaining milk. Stir in whipping cream; whipped until soft peaks form. Spread over ice cream layer. Freeze several hours or overnight.
