Chocolate Mint Bread

Ingredients

1 package yeast
325 gr better for bread flour
65 gr wheat flour
1 gluten
60 ml instant nonfat dry milk
38 gr sugar
4 gr salt
16 ml vegetable oil
2 creme de menthe
240 ml warm water
260 gr mint-chocolate morsels

Instructions

Add all ingredients (EXCEPT CHOCOLATE MORSELS) into the pan in the order listed. Select white bread and push "Start." Add the chocolate at the "beep," 88 minutesinto the cycle. (33 minutes with Dak Turbo II) For a funtastic dessert or sweet treat,spread quarter-round slices with cream cheese blended with the syrup from green maraschino cherries plus a few drops of mint extract, then top with a halved cherry.
