Chocolate Muffins With White Chocolate Chunks

Ingredients

220 gr all purpose flour
150 gr granulated sugar
45 gr unsweetened nonalkalized
9 gr double-acting baking powder
1 gr salt
1 gr baking soda
240 ml milk
1 stick
1 egg
4 gr vanilla extract
190 gr chocolate
3/4 chunks
1 1/8 by
3 muffin
1/2 chocolate chunks

Instructions

for 5 minutes. Remove the muffins from the cups and finish cooling on the wire rack. Serve warm, or cool completely and store the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature. Yield: dozen muffins
