260 gr semisweet chocolate chips
250 gr peanut butter chips
240 ml whipping cream ultrapasteurized
18 gr butter
26 gr granulated sugar
1 water in the bottom of a double boiler over hea place semisweet
1/2 double boiler
1 at a time
8 cookies per baking sheet
2 put sheets in middle of oven
2 1/2 makes
12 cookies
