Chocolate & Peanut Butter Buttons

Ingredients

325 gr firmly packed brown sugar
130 gr crisco shortening
16 ml water
6 gr vanilla
2 eggs
190 gr all purpose flour
28 gr cocoa
1 gr salt
1 gr baking soda
290 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
80 ml creamy peanut butter
24 gr crisco shortening
200 gr icing sugar
30 ml milk
7 1/2 cm

Instructions

and shortening in medium bowl. Beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended. Add icing sugar. Beat on low speed until blended. Add milk and vanilla. Beat on low speed until smooth. Fill centres of cooled cookies. Makes about 4 dozen cookies ----
