Chocolate Pound Cake With Frosting

Ingredients

375 gr flour
1,000 gr sugar
190 gr crisco shortening
300 ml sweet milk
6 eggs
2 gr baking powder
2 gr salt
4 gr vanilla
22 gr cocoa heaping
2 sticks margarine
1/2 crisco
160 ml milk
12 gr cocoa

Instructions

Cake: Mix flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder together. Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar. Add eggs, beating in well. Add milk and flour alternately, beating well. Add flavoring; beat. Bake in a greased tube pan at 160ÂșC or 1.5 hours.

Frosting: Combine all together. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Test by dropping in cold water. When ball forms when it hits the water, the frosting is done. Cool and spread on cake.
