Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients

130 gr all purpose flour
150 gr sugar
12 gr unsweetened cocoa
7 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 low-fat milk
30 ml vegetable oil
9 gr vanilla
220 gr brown sugar firmly packed
22 gr unsweetened cocoa
425 ml boiling water

Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a 23 cm square baking pan. Add milk, oil and vanilla, stir until smooth, Combine brown sugar and quarter cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over batter (DO NOT STIR) Bake 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes. or cake springs back when touched in the center. Serve warm
