Chocolate Pudding Cake With Bitterswseet Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

300 gr sugar
32 gr unsifted all-purpose flour
22 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
1 gr baking powder
6 eggs
10 egg yolks
350 gr semisweet chocolate chips
10 gr grand marnier
10 springform
26 gr sugar
150 gr sugar until double in volume
3,800 ml saucepan
3 slices equal
1/2 remaining puddin place bottom cake layer
1/2 way up side of springform

Instructions

place each wedge onto dessert plate. Top cake wedges with chocolate sauce and Chocolate Curls, if desired.
