Chocolate Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

230 gr margarine soft
170 gr brown sugar
150 gr sugar
2 eggs
300 gr rolled oats
190 gr flour
22 gr cocoa
2 tbls
5 gr baking soda
26 gr sugar
16 gr cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Beat margarine, and sugars until fluffy, add eggs and beat until well mixed and fluffy. combine the dry ingredients, and add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Chill dough a few hours. than roll in the 2 tbs, sugar, cinnamon and cocoa. Place on cookie sheet 5 cm apart. Bake 8-10 minutes (do not over bake) I also rolled some in the red and green sugar and kids loved them. Cool on racks.
