Chocolate Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

120 ml boiling water
85 gr cocoa
270 gr butter
350 gr sugar
2 eggs
9 gr vanilla extract
325 gr cake flour
7 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
240 ml sour cream
32 gr unsweetened chocolate
1 chocolate-dipped str -awberries mint leaves
20 gr flaked coconut
22 gr nuts
900 gr confectioners sugar
120 gr semisweet chocolate chips
4 gr shortening
10 strawberries

Instructions

Gently tap side of pan to evenly coat bottom and side of pan with flour. Invert pan and gently tap bottom of pan to remove excess flour.
