Chocolate Thumbprints

Ingredients

110 gr butter flavor crisco
300 gr sugar
45 ml milk
4 gr vanilla
1 egg yolk
32 gr chocolate
130 gr flour
1 gr salt
55 gr chocolate chips
28 gr butter flavor crisco
75 gr peanut butter
110 gr butter flavor crisco
100 gr granulated sugar
16 ml milk
2 gr vanilla
1 balls
2 on baking shee press thumb gently center
28 gr butter

Instructions

Flavor Crisco and peanut butter in medium bowl. Stir with spoon until blended. Add 1 cup confectioners sugar. Stir well. Add 2 tablespoons milk and half teaspoon vanilla. Stir until smooth. Fill cooled thumbprint cookies. Makes 2.5 dozen 5 cm cookies.
