Chocolate Wafers

Ingredients

450 gr margarine
500 gr granulated sugar
3 smiling eggs
9 gr vanilla extract
650 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking soda
325 gr unsweetened cocoa
12 of waxed paper
4 equal
10 roll
1 waxed paper

Instructions

or plastic wrap. Place wrapped rolls in plastic freezer container with a tight-fitting lid, or wrap airtight in a 14 x 30 cm piece of heavy-duty foil. Label with date and contents. Store in freezer. Use within 6 months. YIELD: 4 rolls of Chocolate Wafer Cookie Dough or about dozen 12 cookies. TO BAKE DOUGH: Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets. Slice frozen dough 1 cm thick and arrange on sheets 1 cm apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are set on edges and slightly firm on top. Cool on racks. ----
