Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

325 gr all purpose flour
1 gr allspice
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt
22 gr cocoa
9 gr baking soda
100 gr sugar
220 gr brown sugar
110 gr butter
120 ml oil
3 eggs
120 ml buttermilk
4 gr vanilla
260 gr zucchini
240 gr semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Recipe by: Louise Stankiewicz Sift together first 6 ingredients & set aside. Cream together sugar, butter & oil; add eggs, buttermilk & vanilla. Mix well. Sift in dry ingredients and mix well. Add zucchini and stir until blended. Pour into greased & floured 9 x 13 pan & sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake at 180ºC or 45 min.
