Chocolate Zucchini Nut Bread

Ingredients

240 ml salad oil
3 eggs
3 gr salt
1 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
60 gr baking chocolate
140 gr nuts
400 gr sugar
375 gr flour
3 gr cinnamon
4 gr vanilla
1/2 choc chips

Instructions

chocolate into egg mixture along with zucchini and vanilla. Sift flour with salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. With a large spoon, stir into zucchini mixture, along with nuts and chips. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into 2 well-greased 23 cm x 13 cm pans. Bake at 180ÂșC for 1 hr. MY NOTE: Excellent Quickbread.
