Chunky Peanut Soup

Ingredients

some salt
18 gr butter
1 onion
2 carrots
1,900 ml chicken stock
130 gr crunchy peanut
1 tomato
4 potatoes
1 green pepper
5 gr parsley
1 zucchini
85 gr button mushrooms
1 firm fish such as halibut
200 gr peas
45 ml squeezed lemon juice
1991 sidedish serve with bread
1989 makes
240 ml stock with the peanut butter in a sized bowl until smooth
1,700 ml chicken stock to the vegetables
28 gr parsley

Instructions

remaining 1 Tablespoon parsley, and serve immediately.
