Cinnamon

Ingredients

190 gr flour
100 gr sugar
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr allspice
1 egg
120 ml skim milk
130 gr butter melted
26 gr sugar
1 gr cinnamon

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and allspice. Combine the egg, milk, and butter; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon into greased or paper lined mini muffin cups. Bake at 200ÂșC or 12-14 minutes or until muffins test done. For topping, combine sugar and cinnamon. Brush the tops of warm muffins with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Nutritional Information: 96 calories, 128 mg. sodium, 9 mg. cholesterol, dozen gm. carbohydrates, 1 gm. protein, 5 gm. fat.
