Cinnamon Flop

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
250 gr flour
9 gr baking powder
1 egg
240 ml milk
55 gr butter melted
1 cinnamon sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift the sugar, flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with the milk and salt. Combine the flour and egg mixtures and place in an 20 cm round, 5 cm deep, baking dish. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar and drizzle the melted butter over the top. Bake for half hour or unitl done.
