Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

160 ml milk
38 gr sugar
3 gr salt
85 gr shortening
160 ml warm water
3 cakes yeast
3 eggs
750 gr sifted flour
170 gr brown sugar
85 gr raisins
6 gr cinnamon
100 gr sugar
38 gr sugar
750 gr flour
1/2 a rectangle abour

Instructions

for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees until good and browned (15 to 20 minutes). Watch carefully. Ice with mixture of confectioner's sugar and coffee. Yield two dozen ----
