Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

575 gr flour
50 gr sugar
170 gr butter
60 ml luke warm water
1 package dry yeast
3 eggs
240 ml milk

Instructions

Mix dry yeast with water; add rest of ingredients and put in refrigerator overnight or longer (can use in about an hour if desired). Roll out; put melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon on dough. Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut in 4 cm pieces. Put on cookie sheet. Let rise 1.5 hours. Bake about 15 minutes at 375 . Ice immediately with mixture of butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and a little milk. Can freeze.
