Ingredients

375 gr unbleached flour
130 gr soy flour
16 gr wheat gluten
16 gr dry yeast
14 gr sugar
3 gr salt
120 gr firm tofu
350 ml warm water
55 gr brown sugar
85 gr raisins
1 cinnamon cooking spray
1 soy flour replaces the usual butter
1 dough
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 at the far edge
8 equal
1/2 apar
