Cinnamon Swirl

Ingredients

95 gr shortening
200 gr sugar
16 gr cornstarch
30 ml vinegar
2 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
240 ml water
250 gr flour
8 gr cinnamon
26 gr sugar

Instructions

Cream together shortening & sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients in order & mix till well combined. Combine sugar & cinnamon & mix. Grease & flour a loaf tin. Divide batter into thirds. Layer one third of the batter in the bottom of the loaf pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Layer with another third of the batter & sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Spread out last part of the batter. Slice through the batter at various points with a knife to create the marbled effect. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon/sugar. Bake at 180ÂșC for 1 hour or until the loaf tests done.
