2,700 gr spareribs 80 ml lemon juice 180 ml orange juice 80 ml ketchup 1 gr chili powder 10 gr prepared horseradish 3 gr salt 16 ml worcestershire sauce 16 ml dry mustard 60 ml honey 8 gr garlic
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan but do not heat.
Grill ribs which have been soaked for 2 to 4 hours, brushing with the cold sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
