Citrus Chicken And Rice Teriyaki

Ingredients

4 chicken breast
80 ml teriyaki sauce
45 ml teriyaki sauce
30 ml peanut oil
1 gr sesame seeds
2 gr ginger
60 gr walnuts
120 gr rice
1 orange
1/2 slices lemon
120 ml teriyaki sauce in bowl

Instructions

large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes until cooked through. Add sesame seeds, ginger, walnuts, 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and rice; stir-fry to heat through. Add orange and lemon. Serve. (Pam Pearson, Pawtucket RI)
