Clam Fritters

Ingredients

1 clams
14 gr baking powder
4 gr salt
240 ml milk
14 gr butter
220 gr flour
1 gr parsley
2 eggs
5 gr onion

Instructions

Keywords: Fish, Main dish, Snacks, seafood Servings: 4 Drain clams and chop. Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs, milk, onion, butter, and clams. Combine with dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Drop batter by using teaspoonsful into hot shortening at 180ÂșC and fry for 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. From "Southern Living"
