Classic Corned Beef Dinner
Ingredients
1,800 gr corned beef brisket
350 ml bottle of beer
1 onion
1 bay leaf
4 black peppercorns
2 stalks celery with leaves
8 potatoes
8 carrots
1 head green cabbage
Instructions
the vegetables are done to the desired tenderness. Note: Additional water can replace the beer in this recipe.
