Classic Mushroom Bisque

Ingredients

65 gr butter
3 mushroom
32 gr flour
1 ml dry mustard
3 gr salt
600 ml nonfat chicken broth
475 ml cream
34 gr chives
60 ml sherry
1 sour cream
1 melt butter in saucepan over hea mushrooms

Instructions

Garnish with sour cream and top with a sprig of parsley.
