Clementine's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

280 gr margarine
170 gr brown sugar
100 gr sugar
1 egg
4 gr vanilla
190 gr flour
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
475 gr oatsl
325 gr chocolate chips
120 gr walnuts

Instructions

Heat oven to 350. Cream margaine with sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir flour with baking soda, salt and spices; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats. Fold in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 9 minutes for a chewy cookies, 10 to 11 minutes for a crisp cookie; remove to wire cooling racks. Store in tightly covered container. About 6 dozen 5 cm cookies.
