Club Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

14 gr butter
40 gr mushrooms
425 gr cubed chicken
220 gr soft bread crumbs
240 ml milk
240 ml condensed chicken broth
34 gr pimiento
2 eggs
12 gr instant onion
2 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 gr thyme leaves
140 gr chicken mushroom gravy

Instructions

1. In a deep, 2 litre , heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole melt butter in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.

2. Add mushrooms and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1.5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

3. Add remainder of ingredients to mushrooms and stir to blend well.

4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 10 to dozen minutes stirring occasionally.

5. Serve topped with Chicken Mushroom Gravy.
