Cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. In a 2 litre casserole dish, combine soup, half cup cheese, milk, and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in noodles, vegetables, and chicken. Mix well. Microwave, covered, on high for 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Microwave, on high, for 2 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
