Cocoa Drop Cookies

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
150 gr margarine
1 egg
45 gr cocoa
80 ml buttermilk
4 gr vanilla
220 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
260 gr nuts
60 gr unsweetened chocolate
28 gr margarine
45 ml water
400 gr powdered sugar

Instructions

* if using self-rising flour --omit Baking soda and salt. Recipe by: Betty Crocker's Cookbook Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix, sugar, margarine, egg, cocoa, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and nuts. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 5 cm apart into ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched; cool. Frost with Chocolate Frosting. ABOUT 4- half DOZEN COOKIES; 95 CALORIES PER COOKIE. CHOCOLATE FROSTING Heat chocolate and margarine over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in water and powdered sugar until smooth. ----
