Cocoa Pudding Cake
Ingredients
130 gr flour
300 gr sugar
4 gr cocoa powder
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
120 ml milk
10 ml oil
4 gr vanilla
22 gr cocoa powder
425 ml water
2 tblspoons of cocoa powder
2 baking that has been sprayed with nonstick
Instructions
spray. Combine the brown sugar, quarter cup of cocoa powder, and water and pour over batter. Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings. ----
