Cocomalt Macaroons

Ingredients

100 gr coconut
80 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 gr salt
2 gr vanilla
1 egg
3 cocomalt

Instructions

Combine coconut, milk, salt, flavoring, and cocomalt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350 F) 15 minutes. 16 servings. The Household Searchlight ----
