Coconut Chess Pie

Ingredients

4 eggs
300 gr sugar
110 gr butter
16 ml vinegar
4 gr vanilla
1 gr salt
80 gr coconut
1 pie shell

Instructions

-baked Toasted flaked coconut (OPT) Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat well. Stir in 1 cup coconut; pour into partially baked pie shell. Bake at 160ÂșC for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with toasted coconut. From Southern Living, Sept. 1986. ----
