Coconut Choco Cheesecake2

Ingredients

100 gr graham cracker crumbs
38 gr sugar
70 gr margarine
1 squares unsweetened
425 ml cream cheese
250 gr sugar
1 gr salt
5 eggs
100 gr flaked coconut
240 ml sour cream
26 gr sugar
28 gr brandy

Instructions

BASE: Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press onto bottom of 23 cm springform pan. Bake at 350, 10 minutes. BODY: Melt chocolate and margarine over low heat, stirring until smooth. Cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar and salt, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate mixture and coconut; pour over crust. Bake at 350, 1 hour. TOPPING: Combine sour cream, sugar and brandy; carefully spread over cheesecake. Bake at 300, 5 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
