Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

55 gr butter
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
1 gr salt
60 ml evaporated milk
60 ml water
80 gr coconut
375 gr flour
14 gr baking powder
4 gr vanilla

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add flavoring and coconut. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk and water to first mixture. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Turn onto lightly floured board. Roll in sheet 1 cm thick. Cut with floured cutter. Place on well-oiled baking sheet.
