Coconut Cup Cake With Guava Frosting

Ingredients

120 ml milk
28 gr butter
130 gr sugar
100 gr coconut syrup
1 cake flower
5 gr baking powder
4 egg whites
1 ml cream of tartar

Instructions

Scald milk, butter, sugar and coconut syrup together. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir these ingredients into the milk mixture. Whip the egg whites until they are foamy, add cream of tartar and whip until they are stiff but not dry. Fold into the cake mixture. Bake in greased muffin tin at 190ÂșC or 10 to dozen minutes.
