Coffee Bean Brownies

Ingredients

230 gr butter
2 stick
12 gr cocoa
60 ml milk
95 gr shortening
120 gr strong brewed coffee
120 gr kahlua
250 gr flour
400 gr granulated sugar
22 gr cocoa
120 ml buttermilk
2 eggs
5 gr baking soda
8 gr vanilla
700 gr powdered sugar
1 chocolate covered espresso beans
1 frosting in saucepan

Instructions

BROWNIES: In another saucepan, combine butter, shortening, coffee and liqueur. Stir, let boil. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour and sugar..Pour butter-shortening mixture over the flour and sugar in bowl. Add the buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Pour into well buttered 17x half by 11in. jelly roll pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until brownies test done in the center...Frost brownies immediately. Garnish with expresso beans.. Let cool until ready to eat, then cut into bars...
