Cola Oven Barbecue

Ingredients

28 gr butter
1 onion
2 garlic
1 bay leaf
475 ml ketchup
6 cola
16 ml worcestershire sauce
5 ml dry mustard
10 ml cider vinegar
120 ml sauce in bottom
2 baking dish
120 ml more sauce over chicken
1/2 remaining sauce over chicken

Instructions

until crisp, about 4 minutes. Turn chicken over and spoon on remaining sauce; broil until crisp. Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 2.25 hours Serves: 4
