Colombian Fresh Banana Cake With Sea Foam Frosting Coca

Ingredients

1 gr baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/8 coca-cola
150 gr bananas
10 ml lemon juice
45 gr nuts
2 egg whites
1 ml cream of tartar
3 gr vanilla extract
22 gr corn syrup
1 at speed
350 degree oven for about
1/2 double boiler

Instructions

Remove from boiling water (for the smoothest frosting, empty into a large bowl). Add the vanilla extract and continue beating on high speed until thick enough to spread, about 2 minutes.
