Conch Salad

Ingredients

1 conch
60 gr onions
50 gr cucumbers
65 gr green pepper
50 gr celery
1 tomato
120 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Lettuce leaves Salt & pepper to taste Pound conch and cut into small pieces. Mix together all the ingredients except the lettuce and place in a covered dish to marinate for a few hours at room temperture or overnight in the frig. Sere on crisp lettuce leaves.
