Coney Sauce

Ingredients

700 gr beef
350 gr tomatoes
400 ml tomato sauce
900 ml water
2 gr paprika
1 gr cayenne pepper
7 ml worcestershire sauce
2 ml hp sauce
1 steak sauce
10 ml louisiana sauce
1 gr mint
14 gr chile powder
6 gr salt
2 gr cumin
1 gr coriander
1 gr allspice
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr cinnamon
3 gr black pepper
1 gr pepper
1 gr onion powder
6 peychauds bitters
2 gr sugar
55 gr bread crumbs

Instructions

Brown the ground beef in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add all the other ingredients, except the bread crumbs, and simmer for 3 hrs. Also, put can of tomatoes thru a food mill to remove seeds before adding to sauce. Finally add enough bread crumbs to thicken to the proper consistancy or however you like it.
