Confetti Chicken And Pepper Rice

Ingredients

350 ml chicken broth
60 gr instant rice
210 gr cubed chicken breast
16 ml country-style dijon mustard
5 ml honey
30 gr thinly green onions with tops

Instructions

Bring broth and peppers to a boil in a saucepn. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
