Coq Au Vin Ii

Ingredients

1,100 ml broiler-fryer chicken
32 gr flour
6 gr salt
1 gr pepper
85 gr butter
12 onions
55 gr brandy
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1 stalk celery
700 ml wine
80 gr mushrooms

Instructions
